EPUB Reader FAQ
Can I read DRM-protected or fixed-layout EPUB books?
No. DRM-protected and fixed-layout books are unsupported. Use a supported DRM-free, reflowable EPUB file.
Why does a book look different from another EPUB reader?
Safe reading mode removes scripts, original styles, links, forms, SVG and remote resources. It supports bundled raster images and favors readable chapters over original-layout fidelity.
Are EPUB bookmarks kept after reloading?
Reading data is session-only unless you enable Save reading data on this device. Opting in saves position, bookmarks and appearance locally, never book content. Reopen the same book to restore; use Clear saved reading data to remove it.
